Another busy day. Our sale was from 1 - 4:00. We had steady business. It's nice when we aren't swamped, then we can visit with the people more. One lady is the mother-in-law of a guy Jeff went to school with, Rick Johnson. Rick also works for the Press. We've been friends with his parents for about 25 years now.
Just as we were ready to close up shop, a lady came in that was from Wichita, KS. She went to the 3 Angels Church. That's where we went when we went to Wichita. Her folks still go there. She's going back to Kansas the same week we are. It'll be her parents' 50 anniversary. We will be going to Alumni in Enterprise.
After our sale, we went over to the church school to deliver 102 cases of food. It was at least 7:30 by the time we finished there. The storage area in the trailer is basically empty now.
It's really hard to have a schedule for our meals. We eat our breakfast as late as we can, because supper is usually very late. Forget about lunch. That doesn't make us skinny, it means we sometimes find some junk food to tie us over. Today it was an apple and popcorn.
