November 10 Twin Falls, ID

Notice the boat. Double click to see it better.

After working in the trailer for a couple hours this morning, we drove over to Twin Falls.

We acted like tourist when we drove into town. There's a neat bridge over the Snake River and the canyon around it is fantastic. I took pictures to share with you, but unfortunately it was cloudy enough that my pictures aren't real sharp. Or maybe it's just that I didn't take them out the truck window, like usual.

This is the canyon and river that Evel Knievel tried to jump over back in the 70's. He didn't make it. The ridge over the Snake is one mile across very deep.

I also took picture of the lava rock. Southern Idaho has it all over the place. We saw a lot by Idaho Falls too. The holes in it amazes me. And the big cracks make it look like the edge could just break and fall away. I also like the scrub brush and bushes.

Everyone came to our two hour sale the first hour. But we had good sales anyway.

We're staying in Twin Falls tonight, then home tomorrow. We'll be getting new stock the rest the week and leaving Sunday morning for our last week of sales for this run. We'll be going to Las Vegas. I probably won't write again until Sunday or Monday.
