What a wonderful little church here in Las Vegas. pastor Bird is the pastor here and in Trinidad, CO. I've never seen a Church like this one. After his sermon, he asked if anyone had questions or comments. There was an exchange of ideas for the next 10 - 15 minutes. Everyone felt like they were a part of this church.
We stayed for the fellowship lunch. I think all 20 church members stayed too. Everyone was so friendly. We're looking forward to our sale tomorrow to with these people too.
Tonight we found a neat restaurant for supper. I usually don't try new things, but I'm glad that I did tonight. I had an eggplant and hummus sandwich on pita bread. It was so good. I let Jim have a taste of my sandwich. I really had to guard my food after that because he liked it better than his own food.
We are enjoying staying in the motel. After 3 days of this, it might be hard to go back to sleeping in the truck.
