We made a quick stop at the White Sands National Monument Museum today, on our way to Las Cruces. This is our third time going by there. We only spent about a half hour at the musuem, then hurried on. I really want to go back.
We found a place to get two more tires. We seem to wear those suckers out too fast.
After the tire place, we had to find a place to work on the brakes. We couldn't get in today, so have an appointment first thing in the morning.
Don Blystone met us at our sale and helped us like usual. He's great. It's nice to have extra hands when we have a crowd. Don used to work at the Press with us.
Jim was watching the news and weather a few minutes ago. It looks like all the places we've been to are having unusually cold weather (the northern states) or snow (Colorado). Even Texas is having rain and tornado warnings. We'll be going there next week. Hopefully that will be over before we get there.
We are so thankful that we went north first on this trip. We have been so blessed.
